Bodyfullness
w/Ailey Jolie

The wellness world we live in is presently obsessed with the mind but ancient practices and informed neuroscience research demonstrates that real health, wellness and lasting healing happens when one is in connection with their body. The body and mind must meet for one to find and feel internal states of calm, peace and clarity. This workshop includes a meditation practice designed to cultivate a connection to the home of your body. In addition to presenting scientific research that documents the healing powers of connecting to the body from the fields of somatic psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, somatic experiencing and focusing oriented therapy.

This workshop additionally includes five audio recordings of embodiment based meditation practices for you to continue the practice of coming home to the body on your own.
