Lauren emphasizes that she is a student first, a teacher second. Soon after her 200HR YTT,her quest on continuous learning led her to take more training. Some of which includes: advanced vinyasa sequencing, yin yoga, meditation, mindfulness, hands on assist and touch, and integrated movement. Lauren is honoured to share with you her knowledge of mindful yoga. Her goal is that you leave the workshop feeling empowered to incorporate mindfulness on and off the mat.
