The Fam

Yoga Is Our Passion.

Elevate yoga teachers all came to yoga for different reasons and yoga has brought so many different things to their lives, including healing, fitness, balance, and peace (just to name a few). But one thing they all have in common is that yoga isn’t just a job to them—
it’s a gift, and it’s one they want to share with you.

Our teachers are passionate about making Elevate a welcoming, positive community for everyone who walks through our doors.
Whether you drop by for an afternoon, an hour, or even five minutes, we make sure it’s a moment of peace in your day.

We believe yoga shouldn’t be intimidating or limiting; it should be inspiring and inclusive. We welcome everyone regardless of their background, lifestyle or experience. We promise yoga for everybody and every body.

Robert Aranyosi

After Robert's first few yoga classes, he quickly realized how much of a positive impact it was making on his daily life, off the mat.

Determined to make this a huge part of his life, he completed his teacher training shortly after.

Robert's classes consist of progressive, challenging strength based sequences that are focused on helping you develop your proprioception; your ability to sense and control your body movements through space. His calm energy keeps a fiery practice balanced and will help you find stillness through discomfort.

Miska participated in her initial yoga class early on while in university as a way to unwind, move and clear her mind.

A decade later, she enrolled in her first yoga teacher training and has been teaching since 2011. Movement is an integral part of her life and for this reason yoga came as a natural path to follow. In her personal practice, she enjoys experimenting and fusing various styles of yoga which have inspired her, from Power, Ashtanga, Yin, to Forrest (one of her biggest influence).

Laurie was one of those people who was dragged kicking and screaming to her first yoga class in 1988.

Over the past 25 years, she has observed herself in a constant state of change and growth as both a yogini and as a yoga teacher. Through good times and bad, yoga has been an anchor in her life, providing a solid philosophical foundation and an often-needed physical release.

After years of exploring different types of practices, meeting other yogis, and training with so many different teachers, Natalie decided she wanted to share this with other people because yoga has been so rewarding to her. It is where she finds friends, where she finds peace, where she finds calm and where she is energized. It’s where she found herself, and where she constantly rediscovers who she is. She has been teaching since 2012, and she learns something with every class that she teaches.

Kelly Trimm

Kelly did not choose yoga;
yoga chose her.

Yoga has become not only a daily physical practice, but also a life practice. It has benefited her physical and emotional health, heightened her personal awareness and understanding of self, and ultimately helped her to accept the present and enjoy the process of growth and change.

She feels obliged to share the gift of yoga in hopes that others may develop a deeper personal relationship and experience the beauty of self-expression through movement and stillness.
