During this 5-day practice intensive, we will train hard and grow our practice from wherever we are at.

What to Expect

  • 90-minute small group lead handstand classes offering options suitable to all who attend

What Beginner/Novice Students Learn

  • Basic handstand entries
  • Getting over the fear of falling

What Intermediate/Advanced Students Learn

  • 2 arm balance drills to isolate shoulders

Who Can Join

Anyone. There are no prerequisites and I will meet you where you are even if you have never done anything like this before. That being said, please be prepared to work hard.

Your Lead Trainer

Unlike many, Rob took his first teacher training having only done a handful of yoga classes, other than he knew yoga made him feel good.

Since then, Rob's entire life has revolved around yoga, continuing to practice and learn everyday and share his teachings with those who are interested.

He has taken over 1000 hours of trainings, some with internationally recognized teachers such as Dylan Werner and Jason Crandell, all related to yoga and movement and has taught countless hours in the form of studio classes, privates, workshops and trainings over the years. Rob believes that just like us, yoga is an ever-evolving practice and as the practice evolves, it adapts to align with those who are practicing it.

Intensive runs from 7:00-8:30 AM on Monday, October 21-Friday, October 25.
Wednesday schedule is at 7:30-8:30AM.
Single day sign-ups are not available.
