There are as many reasons to practice yoga as there are postures—some practice to build muscle and increase flexibility, others to invigorate and detoxify the body, and some just to relax and unwind. We offer different class styles at different temperatures and experience levels to suit every body.
Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced.
Important Note: Temperature and humidity for heated classes may vary depending on total number of attendees, class pace, external factors and location in class. Although we do our best to keep class temperatures as defined, temperatures may vary a couple of degrees based on conditions mentioned.
