Arrive at least 15 minutes early for class even if you have reserved your spot. Reserved spots will be given away 10 minutes before the class begins. To minimize disruption to your fellow yogis, we are unable to guarantee latecomers in to class.
But first, yoga.
It can be hard to squeeze in a little time for yourself, but we try to make it easy for you. Our classes run throughout the day, seven days a week, and cover a range of different styles, experience levels and temperatures to help you find the right class at the right time. We know you have a busy schedule so whenever you have a moment to spare, we’re here.
And here’s a tip: once you find a class that works for you, make sure your spot is always ready and waiting for you by pre-registering on our online scheduler and arriving fifteen minutes in advance.
Important Note: Temperature and humidity for heated classes may vary depending on total number of attendees, class pace, external factors and location in class. Although we do our best to keep class temperatures as defined, temperatures may vary a couple of degrees based on conditions mentioned.

Arrive 15 Minutes Early.
Honour Silence During and After Practice.
Some students may be meditating. Honour silence in the practice room and keep chatter to a minimum while waiting outside. Practice room is a cell-free zone.
Leave Shoes Outside.
The studio is a shoe-free zone. Please and kindly store your shoes on the racks provided outside the waiting area.
No Heavy Perfumes Please.
To ensure a safe and relaxing environment, avoid wearing any strong perfumes or colognes when practicing with us.
Pre-Register Online and
Save time, streamline check-in and pre-register online for all classes.
If you don’t think you’ll be able to make it to class, be sure to cancel your pre-registration to help a fellow yogi attend class.
Should you have an injury or limitation, please and kindly inform our instructors before class so that we may help assist you with a safe yoga practice.
Hydrate During and After Class.
Your safety and comfort are paramount. Hydrate before, during and after practicing especially for heated classes.
