We welcome all students, from those who have never once stepped on a mat to those who feel like they were born there. Experience levels offered range from Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced.

Yoga styles come in many varieties and we’ve got them in all levels and all temperatures including Far Infrared Hot yoga.

Yoga Styles

There are as many reasons to practice yoga as there are postures—some practice to build muscle and increase flexibility, others to invigorate and detoxify the body, and some just to relax and unwind. We offer different class styles at different temperatures and experience levels to suit every body.

Important Note: Temperature and humidity for heated classes may vary depending on total number of attendees, class pace, external factors and location in class. Although we do our best to keep class temperatures as defined, temperatures may vary a couple of degrees based on conditions mentioned.

Handstands + Beyond

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Flexibility, strength and technique
Pace: Medium to Fast

A fun, safe and methodical class designed for you to handstand, for any level of experience. If you are brand new and want to explore the world of handstands, this is the perfect place to start. If you can already hold a free standing handstand, there are tons of skills you will learn to help perfect your technique and work towards more advanced skills and transitions.

Evolved Mobility

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Flexibility, strength and technique
Pace: Medium

This is not a traditional yoga class. This class is inspired by yoga based movements and draws upon other movement modalities to help you as the student develop your movement practice on a more comprehensive level. The delivery of this class is more casual with lots of repetition and emphasis on proper technique which will help you move with more understanding and confidence. This is an all levels class, but be prepared to work hard.

Mind + Body

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Meditation, breath and flexibility
Pace: Slow to Medium

Poses are sequenced to open the body in a progressive and safe way. This class introduces mindfulness and meditation—promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

Elevate your Charity

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Strength, flexibility and stamina
Pace: Slow to Medium

Each month, we raise awareness for a local charity. One hundred percent of funds raised are donated to the cause. Sweat for the greater good. (Min. $8 donation)

Weekend Warrior

Levels: Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance
Pace: Medium to Fast

Move your body mindfully through a series of rigorous poses. Each pose is designed to awaken and strengthen the warrior within.

Detox + Flow

Levels: Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Blood circulation, strength and flexibility
Pace: Medium to Fast

Burn off tension and move your body into a detoxifying sweat. Stimulate your mind, body and internal organs through twists and replenishing sequence of yoga poses.

Yoga Blend

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Flexibility, breath and alignment
Pace: Slow to Medium

This all-levels class will challenge every practitioner. Emphasis on working deeper into the pose at your own pace through the principals of alignment, breath and awareness.

Yin (Stretch + Unwind Yin • Candlelit Yin)

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Access connective tissues, breath and alignment
Pace: Slow

Surrender and let go in a series of poses designed to dig deeper into the muscles. Expect to feel a little more open after a Yin practice.

Meditation

Focus: Mind, body and soul
Pace: Slow
Elevate your conscious state of awareness. Learn new ways to reconnect with the mind, body and soul. Each class is designed to offer you a chance to explore various meditation techniques from positive affirmations to guided imagery. Classes will vary with each teacher.

The Roots

Plant your roots and set your foundations. This class will teach you the fundamentals of a yoga practice and proper alignment.

Power Up!

Levels: Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Strength, flexibility and stamina

Series of powerful poses, boosting physical energy and stimulating the mind. Find your body in poses that it may never have been before. Discover your limits and power up!

Power Flow

Levels: Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance
Pace: Medium to Fast

Flow your way into powerful poses and leave no body part behind. This medium-paced flow will challenge intermediate and advanced level yogis.

Yoga Sculpt

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Full body burn, tone and sculpt
Pace: Medium to Fast

The perfect blend of yoga and fitness. This high energy class is unique in its approach to elevating your heart rate with mindful movements. Get ready for a 45-minute full body burn and activation using just your body weight and a pilates ball. Tone and sculpt your body with this stretch and strength class.

Go with the Flow

An energetic series of sequences designed to awaken the mind and the body. This class consists of a vigorous flow of yoga postures.

Root to Rise

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Meditation, strength and alignment
Pace: Slow to Medium
Get grounded and rise strong for the day. Opening with a short meditative practice to set intentions for the day, this gentle flow class focuses on grounding postures and movements.

Rise + Flow

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Flexibility, strength and alignment
Pace: Medium to Fast

Better than coffee. This class is a continuous series of balancing and grounding poses to enhance awareness, increase flexibility and stability.

Core Yoga

Levels: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced
Focus: Strength, core and stamina
Pace: Medium to Fast

Build strength and discipline in a simple and progressive way. Zone in on the deeper muscles of the core and build cardiovascular stamina.
