This is not a traditional yoga class. This class is inspired by yoga based movements and draws upon other movement modalities to help you as the student develop your movement practice on a more comprehensive level. The delivery of this class is more casual with lots of repetition and emphasis on proper technique which will help you move with more understanding and confidence. This is an all levels class, but be prepared to work hard.

We welcome all students, from those who have never once stepped on a mat to those who feel like they were born there. Experience levels offered range from Novice (beginner) to Yogi (intermediate) to Guru (advanced).
Yoga styles come in many varieties and we’ve got them in all levels and all temperatures including Far Infrared Hot yoga.
There are as many reasons to practice yoga as there are postures—some practice to build muscle and increase flexibility, others to invigorate and detoxify the body, and some just to relax and unwind. We offer different class styles at different temperatures and experience levels to suit every body.
Levels: Novice = Beginner • Yogi = Intermediate • Guru = Advanced.
Important Note: Temperature and humidity for heated classes may vary depending on total number of attendees, class pace, external factors and location in class. Although we do our best to keep class temperatures as defined, temperatures may vary a couple of degrees based on conditions mentioned.
An energetic series of sequences designed to awaken the mind and the body. This class consists of vigorous flow of yoga postures. Community classes are taught by junior and new teachers. (Drop-in rate only $10)
This all-levels class is for practitioners looking to slow down their pace while challenging themselves to go deeper into postures and hold them longer. The focus is on breath, alignment and finding stillness in motion.
Poses are sequenced to open the body in a progressive and safe way. This class introduces mindfulness and meditation—promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
Each month, we raise awareness for a local charity. One hundred percent of funds raised are donated to the cause. Sweat for the greater good. (Min. $6 donation)
