Do I need to register?
Parliament Hill Yoga is free and open to everyone. No sign-up required.

What should I bring?
A yoga mat, a towel, a water bottle, and anything else to keep you comfortable outdoors—hat, sunscreen, sunglasses. Layers are a good idea on breezy days.

Can I bring my kids or dog?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly, dog-friendly space. Bring your little ones, your stroller, your pup—everyone’s welcome on the Hill.

What if I’m new to yoga?
You are welcome to join! Classes are all-levels and beginner-friendly. Our teachers and demo team are there to offer modifications and support your practice.

Where exactly is it on Parliament Hill?
We’ll be set up on the main lawn, directly in front of Centre Block. You won’t miss us—just look for yoga mats and movement.

What happens if it rains?
We’ll keep an eye on the weather and post any updates or cancellations on Instagram by 11AM that morning.
