The Inspiration
I didn’t grow up a runner. I became one in the pause—during the pandemic—when the world got quiet and heavy. Between studio pivots, raising my toddler, and rebuilding a life, I started running to survive the noise.
Since then, running has carried me through 10 half marathons. And still, it’s never been about the finish line. It's about the feeling. The space. The breath. The rhythm. A practice that mirrored yoga: breath-led, honest, healing.
If you're looking for something to anchor you, to steady your pace in a world that moves fast—this is your invitation. Start where you are.
See you Sunday,
