Our yoga practice can be a space to explore our capacity for movement with a playful and curious intention. There are ways to intelligently move our body that will challenge us and allow us to move optimally both on and off the mat. This workshop will familiarize you with your own movement patterns and address how you can explore these within the framework of a yoga practice. Come prepared to play, move, and explore!

Katherine loves using the practice of yoga to inspire curiosity about how we are feeling and how we are moving. She enjoys putting together sequences that are challenging but also provide lots of options so students can come to the practice wherever they are that day and receive some benefit. Katherine believes that moving and breathing together in a community as we practice is very powerful. It allows us to take our personal journey while feeling supported by those around us.
