Restorative Yogassage
w/Lauren Gravis and Cassie Love

De-stress, relax and recharge with Lauren Gravis and Cassie Love as they whisk you away from the tension of the city. This two-hour restorative practice will be guided by Lauren as Cassie floats around the room providing hands-on assists and yogassage. Yogassage may consist of a combination of Thai massage and Yoga therapy touch. Thai massage is a unique, dynamic treatment that balances the body, boosts blood circulation and release tension to get you feeling your best self. Yoga therapy touch attempts to stimulate the body’s natural healing process, induce a deep relaxation response, and reduce pain and stress. Enjoy the delightful aromatherapy and melt into your poses.

Practicing with this combination promotes: relaxation, detoxification, flexibility, mobility, self-awareness and feelings of well-being.
