Recipe: Piña Kale-ada Smoothie
It might not be Spring yet, but we’re giving you a head start. All the flavours of this Piña Kale-ada Smoothie are so tropical, you might just forget about the island of snow outside your window.
1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 handfuls fresh kale
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy your tropical journey.
