Recipe: Veggie Sushi Bowl
If you’re one of those people who loves sushi, but can’t make a good sushi roll if your life depended on it—get excited for your life!
Sushi bowls are quick, easy and just as pretty as the traditional sushi roll. Simply toss your fav sushi fillings into a bowl of rice and ta-daa!
In this recipe:
1 cup brown rice
Cucumbers
Carrots
Sesame oil
Baby bokchoy
Shiitake mushrooms
Chioggia beets
Miso marinated tofu
Roasted seaweed snacks
Edamame
Avocado
Sesame seeds
Tamari sauce
Pickled ginger
Note: Baby bokchoy and shiitake mushrooms were lightly sauteed in sesame oil and tamari sauce.
